Fireworks at Art Windsor-Essex Cancellation Notice

Windsor, ON — Art Windsor-Essex (AWE) will not be hosting their Fireworks Returns event on June 26, 2023, due to unforeseen circumstances. We are grateful to our partners, volunteers and the community members who were a part of the planning of this event and we thank them for their support. Currently the gallery is reviewing other opportunities in late 2023, and early 2024 in anticipation for its first large in-person gathering since the pandemic.

All tickets for Fireworks Returns that have been purchased will be refunded, and any questions related to ticketing may be directed to lservice@artwindsoressex.ca. We appreciate your patronage and will continue to keep the communities we serve informed about when they may expect to celebrate on this scale again inside AWE’s galleries.

Upcoming events at AWE for the month of June 2023 include: Art Walk: Look Again! Outside: Sandwich Towne on June 17, 2023, Indigenous People’s Days Festival from June 21-June 24, 2023, AWE at Night on June 22, 2023, as well as two new exhibitions opening tomorrow June 13, 2023, Tina Rouhandeh: Inquiry about Forgotten Birds and Moonshine: The Celestial Films of Kevin Jerome Everson.

Admission to AWE’s events and exhibitions is $10.
